FAQs

  • Please note that our Guest Policy this year is different from past Kauffman Fellows events. You may review the full guest policy here. All guests MUST be registered here in advance for EACH event they plan to attend.

IMPORTANT: no walk-ins will be allowed due to strict capacity restrictions. Some events have already reached full capacity and we have a waitlist.

If you are at all unsure if your guest is registered and for which event(s), please reach out to us at network@kfp.org for confirmation. We do not want to have to turn away your guest at the door!

  • To nominate an LP, ask them to complete this short interest form. You will be notified if your LP is approved. LPs are reviewed for relevancy, and spots are limited on a first-come, first-served basis. For questions, contact Kirsten Owens at kowens@kfp.org.

  • It's very important to us to make Kauffman Fellows events as parent friendly as possible. If you are bringing a caregiver, and want to have them and/or your baby/toddler at any portion of the event, just let us know by emailing network@kfp.org. Do note if there are any special accommodations you/your baby needs. We will then add your caregiver to the guest list complimentary to ensure access.

If looking for babysitting services in London, some local Fellows have recommended Bubble.

  • We will not be providing transportation between venues. We recommend using London’s underground (the Tube) as it is the most efficient way to access the venues given city traffic.

  • This year's event won't be at a hotel, so we've curated a few convenient options near the Summit venues, all easily accessible by the London Underground which can be found here.

Please note that there are no room blocks, so please book your own accommodations early to secure the best rates during this busy time in London.

  • If attending the 30th Anniversary Dinner at the Natural History Museum, attire is cocktail as it’s a more formal occasion.

All other events are considered “come as you are” meaning dress however you’re most comfortable! Whether you’re coming straight from work, the gym, or home, you’ll fit right in. Jeans, sneakers, business casual, or dressier is all appropriate.

Note: At Tobacco Dock, there are outdoor coordinators to move between breakout spaces. Therefore, we recommend you wear layers to ensure your comfort when moving between spaces

Kauffman Confidentiality

One of the most sacred and foundational values of Kauffman Fellows is trust, which we build intentionally and authentically through a shared commitment to confidentiality. This commitment, referred to as “Kauffman Confidential,” means that as a Fellow or participant in a module, you will have access to confidential information. With that access comes the responsibility to uphold the highest standard of discretion. The trusted space we create enables Fellows and speakers to share openly and vulnerably, without fear that their words or experiences will be shared beyond the room.

You are expected not to disclose any information shared within the Kauffman Fellows trusted space unless you have received explicit permission from the individual who shared it. If there is ever uncertainty about whether something can be shared, we expect you to err on the side of caution and seek explicit permission before doing so. Any violation of this confidentiality pledge may result in removal from Kauffman Fellows.
