Bio:

Ainhoa Manterola-Solans is a Managing Director at Sofina, a global investment company listed on Euronext Brussels managing c. €10 billion. Sofina partners with leading entrepreneurs and families, providing patient capital and supportive advice to foster sustainable, long-term growth. 

A member of the Investment Committee, Ainhoa leads Sofina's Healthcare & life sciences investments –backing companies such as bioMérieux and OrganOx–, as well as its London office. She also serves on the boards of Salto Systems and ProEduca.

Before joining Sofina, Ainhoa worked at Bain Capital Private Equity in London and at McKinsey in Paris, where she gained expertise across diverse industries. She holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering and began her career at Airbus.
